Chris came on board as Student Ministry Pastor in January of 2006 and went full-time in July 2006 assuming the additional role of Children Ministry Pastor. His primary responsibilities include teaching at youth group and leading teams of adults to work with both youth and children.
Chris is a 2005 graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. He is married to Lisa and they are the proud parents of a little girl born December 2008. They also have 2 dogs, Toby (silky terrier) and Leah (bichon/poodle mix). In his spare time Chris enjoys reading, Frisbee, camping, hiking, and backpacking. He's also a devout Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and has been known to drop everything for free tickets. Having quite a bit of Starbucks experience, both as an employee and customer, Chris is considered our resident “coffee expert.”
