What to Expect on Your First Visit
When You Arrive
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by one of our guest services members who will show you to the Children’s Check-in Desk. Once there, we’ll ask you for some information then show you to your child’s room in our secure children’s area.
How Things Work
After checking in, you and your child will both get a tag with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you’ll see your child’s code on the screen. This tag is also what you’ll use to pick up your child after the service.
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we’ll ask for the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, address, phone number, children’s names and birthdates, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs). This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
All ACC Kids’ Clubhouse volunteers pass a background check, and we have our own safety team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a notification system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
If you bring your infant or toddler with you into the service and they become restless, you may bring them with you into the nursery and still get to experience the worship and message live streamed to the room.
Your kids will want to come to church!
Each Sunday in our clubhouse-themed children’s area, we provide activities and teaching your kids will love. Our children’s ministries provides a loving and safe environment where we build positive relationships and equip each child with the tools and knowledge needed to live a Christ-centered life. Plus, you will be able to enjoy the worship service knowing that your kids are safe in our secure children’s area.
Kids in kindergarten-5th grade come together in a large group setting to hear about the Bible story of the day and worship God through song. They then break into age-specific groups to dig deeper into the Word and engage in fun activities that reinforce the lesson.
